ABOUT JESS
Jessica, as a licensed marriage and family therapist, has assisted families, couples and individuals with solution-oriented counseling prior to her choice to become an ADHD Coach. Those experiences together with her ASN Internship Coach Training enhance her abilities as an intern ADHD coach at ASN. She understands that ADHD can present unique challenges in relationships, parenting, learning/education, career and life success. She is excited by each new opportunity to offer support, systems and strategies that are individualized for each client to assist them in overcoming many of life’s challenges.
She is a strategic thinker and is naturally focused on a systems approach to achieve life goals for clients with ADHD. Being optimistic with a focus on inventive life hacks and routines to support productivity, effectiveness, efficiency and simplicity, she is able to guide the coaching process successfully. This solution-based approach together with her excellent listening skills and the ability to brainstorm multiple solutions to problems support the client in moving toward reaching their full potential.
As a military spouse, she’s been through many unique challenges including living through uncertainty, sudden change, and living in a foreign country with no family support and small children to raise. She can relate to those who have been through drastic changes and provides solid systems and support to facilitate easier transitions that may be so difficult for those with ADHD.

Changed my Life
"I came to (my coach) broken after years of struggling with ADHD and PTSD. Her professionalism, positivity, realism, understanding, and experience with ADHD provided the path I needed to 'get out of the weeds'..
She understood me more after the first few weeks than my therapist that I had worked with for over a year. I just wish I found her sooner so that I could have changed my life for the better years ago before I made so many mistakes and bad decisions.
My relationships have never been stronger, my career is the healthiest it has been in years, and I am actually setting long term goals and accomplishing them. Most of all, my relationship with myself is, for the first time in a long time, positive and loving. I am looking forward to the future (even during this covid craziness). I am not in the clear yet (or ever might be) but I am on the right path and that is all thanks to my coach. Thank you."
