Jessica has various life experiences that have contributed to her ability to support her client in challenging life situations, and she has a genuine desire to share various systems, tools and strategies to support her clients with ADHD in their life success. She was welcomed to the ASN Team as an ADHD Coach Intern in 2022. She understands the ADHD experience and challenges as she herself has walked in her client’s shoes as someone with ADHD.
She has engaged in her own coaching experience and firmly believes in its success. She helps others through her own experience and training, while also realizing that everyone is different and has their own path.
Jessica walks through her life with caring, intuition, natural enthusiasm, curiosity, and empathy. She is an imaginative problem solver with the ability to see opportunities for growth and path finding in everyday life.
It is her firm belief that those with ADHD/ADD have their own form of brilliance that can lead to success when harnessed with effective insight, systems, strategies, and tools. It is her mission to help clients find and implement what truly “works for them” to capitalize on their strengths and achieve their goals.
"Keep knocking, and the joy inside will eventually open a window and look out to see who’s there.".
“The small man builds cages for everyone he knows, while the sage, who has to duck his head when the moon is low,
keeps dropping keys all night long for the beautiful, rowdy prisoners.”
