ABOUT CINDY
At a young age, Cindy developed an interest in helping others discover solutions to challenging situations. This early interest led her into the fields of Psychology and Social Work. While attending the M.S.W. program at A.S.U., Cindy completed two separate internships with the primary focus on ADD/ADHD children. Here, she assisted in the development of several school and summer programs aimed toward redirecting the energies and behaviors of elementary-aged children toward positive, acceptable activites.
Following graduation, Cindy worked as a family therapist with adolescents and parents in developing stronger communication and relationship skills, using a "solution-focused" approach.
These experiences combined allowed Cindy to recognize the importance of ADHD life-coaching, which utilizes and teaches the use of systems. In working with the ADHD Success Network for over 10 years, Cindy has been able to develop her knowledge and skills in the area of ADD/ADHD coaching.
Cindy assists her clients in identifying and building on their strengths as well as implementing tools and systems to embrace their ADHD in a way that promotes their life success. She coaches from a holidstic viewpoint taking into account all aspects of their lives. She helps them develop systems and strategies, develop good communication skills, relationships, and provides consistent accountability so her clients can ultimately develop skills to reach their full potential.
